William Minerva is the owner of all the books that are currently available in the library of the Grace Field House.
He declared a revolution and sealed a "New Promise".[1]
Appearance
William Minerva's profile is never yet revealed in the manga and it is not even known to the public where he is alive or not. But some little things are known about his appearance. He is a tall man, who is almost always seen wearing a suit with a hat. And on several occasions, he could be seen with a cane.
Personality
William Minerva seems to be on the children's side but at the same time, he seems to be affiliated with the demons and humans outside the Grace Field House.
History
Phil discovered that all the books contain some kind of secret message in them. Telling the children to ''run from the house, because there is danger''.
William Minerva also left a pen behind for Sister Krone with the initials ''WM'' on it, implying that the initials are his.
He left the books with Minerva's Morse Code for the kids to finish Neverland. But it is unknown why he left a pen behind for Sister Krone.

It was not known whether Krone has even met William in person before, but the only connection known between the two is Krone in the possession of William Minerva's pen, whom she later left it for the orphans.

- In the colored front page of Chapter 18, William Minerva is seen delivering the orphans of Plant 3 Christmas gifts, being dressed as Santa Claus.
- William Minerva's name is most likely adapted from the 1908 Literature "Miss Minerva and William Green Hill" by Frances Boyd Calhoun.
